Responsibility
The Finance team is responsible for overseeing all economic transactions, including camp fees and deposits. They need to maintain active communication with the treasurer of Nordic Paradise NPO. Additionally, the team is tasked with adjusting the budget as needed, closing the economic books post-event, and reporting the results.
Detailed description for camp members
The team will oversee all economic transactions of the camp. This includes a system to accept payment of camp fees and deposits. Setting up a system for reimbursements and administrating payments from the camp. The team should have an active communication with the treasurer of Nordic Paradise NPO, since all economic transactions will use the NPOs bank account. The team will make adjustments to the budget as needed. After the event, the team should close the economic books and report the results.
