Detailed description for camp members
The team is responsible for arranging all events and workshops that are held in the camp. This includes making a schedule for when the camp is open, staffing needed in order to perform all planned activities (excluding the bar). The team should stimulate members to participate in the creation of the schedule for the camp, but should also make sure all activities are in line with the agreed concept.
The camp should be open at least four hours per day, there should be at least one days with extended opening hours (6-8 hours) and at least one big party where the whole camp participates. At least five workshops should be held during the week.
The team is also responsible for the music system, i.e., speakers, mixer table and cables. The team should set up a schedule for DJ:s and make sure we have music available in the camp when it is open. The team should also inform all DJ:s to align the music to Nordic Paradise’s theme in order to make the concept consistent. The team should liaise with the Energy team to make sure energy requirements are met.
Maintenance and repair of the system should be done on site or if that isn’t possible, the team should make a plan for this to be done between events.
