The Strike team is responsible for setting up a plan for the strike of the camp. ALL members are part of the strike (not only the strike team). The primary responsibility is to strike the camp’s structures, but also communicating when private sleeping arrangements should be taken down. Strike is initiated on Saturday, but the main strike should be on Sunday. The Strike team is expected to stay until Monday for the final MOOP-sweep. The Strike lead is also “Last man standing” and should not leave the site before ALL things are packed and Nordic Paradise’s area is clear.
The Strike team should coordinate with Trailer & Inventory, Transport and Private storage & Bike teams well in advance to set up a plan for the strike. 

Tasks

• Set a plan for the strike 
• Lead and coordinate the strike of the camp’s common structures.
• Communicate the strike plan to all members before and during the event 
• Assist in loading the truck and facilitate updating the camp’s and private inventory 
• Coordinate the final Moop sweep(s)
• Be the “last man standing” (leaving the site last)

LEAD – Minimum requirements

• Organise and lead activities with 100 participants
• Prepared to stay behind (until Tuesday if needed)

Desirable skills / qualities

• Have been to BRC before
• Have been member of Nordic Camp/Paradise before
